Womb Surround Process
Come as you are.
Leave more connected with who you truly are.

A Womb Surround Process is a small group (4-6 participants) workshop that creates a welcoming, nurturing and safe enough environment intended to support you to move towards what you want for yourself in your life.
Developed and refined by Ray Castellino, the process is guided by 1-2 co-facilitators and follows a specific form and working principles and skills, allowing participants to actively support each other during the workshop.

In this process, one participant at a time gets to have their turn to explore their early imprinting from preverbal life that is related to what they want for themselves in their present life.
Each participant's turn lasts 1.5–3.5 hours, when they can explore physical and emotional patterns of prenatal, birth or infancy origin. The exploration can consist of gathering information to re-patterning early life experiences, creating more space and openness for new ways of being and relating.

Each session is followed by individual and group debriefing, supporting the integration of the process.

A Womb Surround is more than a process.
It is a felt experience of being held, seen and supported as you connect with your wholeness.
