Somatic Psychotherapy
I practice relational somatic psychotherapy with an emphasis on the present moment.
I believe that the relational space created by client and therapist offers a lot of information - including information that is ripe to be witnessed and understood by the client in a new way, offering new possibilities for the client's ways of relating and being.
In this process, attuning to the body and emotions are gateways for deepening into the experience and becoming more intimate with one’s authentic being.
Whatever challenge you are experiencing in life, you do not need to do it alone.
Finding the right support is a very important step in the healing process.
I invite you to reach out to explore together if we could be a potential fit.
My Offers:

Individual Therapy
A process to support you in becoming more present and intimate with yourself — contacting your inner knowing and moving toward a life that is aligned with your values and authentic being. It might be that identifying what you want for yourself is a big part of your exploration.
We will use the relational space between us to witness and understand more consciously your ways of being and relating, opening new possibilities for your relationships in life.
50 min sessions · In person or online

COUPLES Therapy
A process to support partners committed to examining and improving their relationship — understanding what works well in their ways of relating, as well as the unconscious patterns between them, and how they come into and out of relation. In this process, we will develop skills to bring more of your authentic being into relation, and capacities to attune to each other with transparency and compassion.
75 min sessions · In person or online

FAMILY Therapy
A process to support a family (or part of it) in encountering balance and health, understanding the points of stress and challenge, and finding what resources and nourishes them.
Very often, one family member might express behaviors or symptoms that reflect an imbalance in the family system. We, as family members, tend to operate on an economy of love — the things we unconsciously do that support our sense of belonging in the family.
In this process, we will introduce principles and skills to guide communication and ways of relating to each other, surfacing and witnessing unconscious patterns as a path to bring movement again where energy has stopped flowing.

Q : What is a Good Faith Estimate?
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for the total cost of your mental health care. By law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule with me. Upon request, your Good Faith Estimate will be provided in a document you can access at any time in my Simple Practice client portal. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
