A little bit more about me
I am a relational Somatic Therapist, Executive Coach, Group Facilitator and Leadership Faculty with 25 years of working experience with organizations, teams, and individuals.
My work is trauma informed and has been refined over the last decade by my studies and practices in the Peri and Pre-Natal Psychology field and my studies and work with Thomas Hubl on inter-personal, inter-generational and Collective Trauma. The main somatic modalities that shape my work are Somatic Experiencing and Hakomi.
For the last 7 years, I have been studying, practicing, and working in the field of Race, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – which I considers an integral part of our collective healing work.
I have a masters on Counseling (with emphasis on Somatic Psychology) from California Institute for Integral Studies (CIIS) and a masters in Business Administration (Ross, University of Michigan).
I was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and I am immigrant to the United States, where I live with my husband and kids. I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian.
